Halfday .......


Now that school holiday has begun I am able to take leave as and when I need it without thinking of the children.So today I decide to take a halfday to collect my passport which was ready on monday .... fast work eh within 3 days I got notification for collection.Soon after lunch of beehoon again I took a cab since it was a cloudy day.Hundreds of people were there most chairs occupied and I managed to find a seat in a corner and my Q number is like another 120 people more so I sat and did my knitting but after awhile decide not to as the Q number is moving very fast and this is what I call efficiency ... kudos to the staff @ICA....I was watching them .. they are always with a smile attending to the customers and they work fast too and after 35 minutes it was my turn and now I am a new owner of a Biometric passport .... but now I have a new pp number to remember unlike before its same number as our IC card ..... so tok zino now with both pp and notebook certainly can travel .... hahaha







Remember the above vouchers I won at the teachers day staff lunch?well I made use of it finally after ICA I went to Takashimaya and bought my daily needs of .......




My estee's foundation and toner ... but because I wasn't wearing my glasses I took the wrong one instead of toner only when I got home I realise that its a Optimizer ( 4 wrinkles) ok its of use too the problem is the packing is same .... maybe I have to go down again probably to Tangs or Robinson or Metro to get the toner .... memang di takdir suruh jalan jalan lagi.....hehehe




and because I spent $120 actually when I calculated it should be less than that ( its because toner cost less than that) I got the above ok ok just nice to carry with me for my hols.... after deducting from the voucher I need to pay another $23/-only......

Then I saw this box below ....




Ni mata dah rambang ...... or I was talked into it .... with any purchase you can buy this at $98 instead of $180 ........










and I bought it ..............













HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY 2 NIECES WHOSE BIRTHDAY FALL 3 DAYS OF EACH OTHER ...... BUT 2 YEARS APART.

Wal hasil balik asal ......





Hari ni sungguh grrrrrrrrrr sekali .. day ... walaupun sunyi senyap tapi saya terpaksa buka balik hasil yg dah hampir selesai .... sebab ada beberapa rows yang nampak macam senget sikit ... mungkin salah kira.......














Selepas saya tarik semua jahitan itu ... tengok jadi macam bola dari 3 rolls of yarn ... ini lah pertama kali mengunakan yarn saperti ini .. dia banyak berkerenteng jadi kalau salah pandang ingatkan itu stitch bab tu jadi senget agak nya ...... tu lah hasil yg hampir habis balik asal ..... sekarang kena perhatin sikit dah malas nak buka lagi .....














Happy belated 2nd birthday to My Daily Happenings .... hampir terlupa actual birthday was last month and it has been 2 years of blogging and the number of friend I've made cannot be measured and thank you all for being there in times of sadness and happiness...and may we remain as friends always .. insya'allah.

Happy Birthday ....

Its birthday time again in the Jellanies infact there are more birthdays in October itself but terlupa .... never too late happy belated birthday to my brothers Baharuddin and Rosman whose birthdays was on 4th and 6th October.

Today 13th October is Ameer Hassaan 19th birthday ... Saan happy birthday may success be with you always.Read of his birthday bash here ...... kesian. Ok will give your present tomorrow .

14th October is Hafizah Hannah's 19th birthday too and to you too happy birthday may success be with you too and study hard for your degree.Hannah going back to Perth on wednesday to continue with her studies - she came back for raya ...present tomorrow ya:)

The name Hassaan and Hannah is the combination of arwah mak's name Hasanah .. these 2 were born 2 hours apart but in deifferent hospitals.My sisters Lina and Aini were in their 7th months of pregancy when arwah mak passed away hence the name came about.

Happy birthday to Hadi for your birthday on 16th October ( I think) .... age secret tapi bila nak makan nasi minyak????....hahahaha

So Qoth you are not the only one whose pocket is going to have big hole so is mineeeeeeeeee

New update...

If you've been following this blog I don't have good news as yesterday RG smsed me to inform me of the sad news.I have asked her permission to put it up as an entry.Her PET Scan result showed her cancer has spread to 4 other areas(which I will keep to myself for now) and she is now waiting for the surgeon to fixed asurgery date.She will also be going for chemotheraphy but unfortunately her veins collapsed so am looking for a 2nd port so chemo can begin soon.

To my dear sis RG be strong and we are here to give you moral support and wishing you all the best.What been install for us by HIM we can't avoid but will brace it gracefully.

To all my dear friends in the cyber world do put our hands together and pray for a miracle recovery for Raden Galoh.

The whole day yesterday I tried to finish this book above and alhamdulillah managed to complete it at last .... Nor Ash congrats for a good book again but can the next book please make it more challenging in the love affair? Overall this time it keeps me going wanting to know what happen and of course the lopes came a bit too late .... hahaha
What was the problem that Zulkarnain stay away from Syikin??? did I miss something in the plot?

Kenyang...

Hari ni betul kenyang sekali di masa waktu makan tengah hari saya makan dari Long john Silver 3 keping ikan/chicken and french fries .... mmm.... sungguh kenyang sekali sampai tak larat nak membuat kerja ... hari ni cuaca amat menganggu tenteram saya ...ribut taufan di buat nya....Nora faham kan? ..... tapi tak mengapa Allah tu Maha Kaya dan Mengetahui .

Petang ni sibuk juga sampai tak sempat nak buat billing dapat citotet aje .... aku pasrah:)saya pulang lambat jam 6.30 baru habis semua....terus ke ToysRus nak belikan Nana birthday present - dia nak gameboard Taboo...cari lah satu dept tu tak jumpa dan penghabisan teman bekerja tanya kan ..... rupa nya NO STOCK ...alamak abih nak belikan apa pulak?So we went to Kiddies Palace pun takde bila tanya staff mereka ... bebal pulak amoi ni mungkin tak pernah dengar gameboard ni......*saya pun tak tau macam mana rupa nya*.....hahaha ......



Lepas tu kita ke basement saya nak belikan cake pulak so in the end saya pilih cake di bawah ni .....

The happy birthday girl ketawa sampai gitu gaya pulak ... hadiah yg terpapar tu dari kakak dia Shakira also from ToysRus .... belum di buka tak tau pulak apa di dlm .... since saya tak dapat game Taboo saya bagi dia angpow of $50.00 lagi senangkan?Nana (nama timangan Nazeera) go buy what you want with the $$ ok?Happy birthday from me again....unfortunately I didn't get to eat the cake....kenyangan makan nasi lemak that my sis prepared for dinner - requested by birthday girl.After the dinner my sis made a cup of tea for me along with pisang goreng .... aiyo!!



Ni Will dah pandai merangkak sekarang ..... Cath ni lah anak my nephew Adam ... that means Will is my grandnephew (my cucu) .... yg you berkenan tu .... hehehe .... Robert geleng kepala .... hahaha

Birthday....birthday ....

Yes the first birthday in the Jellanie family was on 4th January and I forgot !!! How can I as I am always good with dates but it has been proven that my brain no longer functioning .......just on new year's day I forgot that it was my brother's 25th anniversary.....



So I took out this book of dates to remember which I bought god knows when and the other day on sunday whilst Marylou was cleaning the linen cupboard this book pops out and so here I am using it finally..... brain teaser battery gone flat .... hahahah



The inside of the book and now with this book I have no more excuse not to remember my extended families birthdays and anniversary anymore ..... thats on condition I open the book to see and read ..... hehehe ......

Happy 16th birthday to Hafiz on 9th January .... may you grow up to be a responsible son to your parents and make them proud of you and excell in your study ..... hey ASC(I) have all the bright IB students so hope you are one of them too.Huh wait till I start working with ASC Int maybe can compare notes ah?...... haha

Ni if Adejin baca mesti senyum lebar2 afterall dia dah predict kak elle will be nominated the most with birthday greetings in the world......hahaha..... what to do I have so many nephews and nieces.

Nothing much happen today been knitting and go online every few hours besides doing my ebilling even though I am on leave .... buat ebilling macam tak bolih di pisahkan dgn I lagi.Trip to thedentist kena on hold my lower gum pulak swelling .... grrrrrrrrrrr.

Happy birthday Kristina


Its birthday time again in the Jellanie family.






Happy birthday Kris from all of us in sg .... we maybe miles across the ocean but we still remember your birthday and who can forget especially its on christmas day.May you have a wonderful birthday and xmas too.


Along on this auspicious day al-fathihah also to my dear late brother who was also born on christmas day and he was named Esa.You may have left us but you are always in our heart and mind .... semoga roh arwah di cucuri rahmat .... amin.





Above are things maklang c/o through Rina for me .... the RE bags I ordered from her are for my own use and they are very pretty indeed.The chcocolate cake is nice but on the sweet side lah maklang :) and thank you for the traditional kuih muih book by our chef from kerteh kak liza .. siap dgn signature lagi.The recipes looks easy to do but to me quite leceh gitu nak buat takut tak menjadi.The fridge magnet from pulau redang cute looking island.There's also a packet of serunding daging which I thought I did take a picture but I guess not.

Marylou our first maid after my mom passed away ..... she was 18 yrs old when she first came to work for my sis Lina to look after Huda and Hassaan when Lina went to work.She is a very good worker inspite of her age then and size..she works fast and tip-top.


She left us after 2 yrs and has mastered our local malay dishes including rendang and all and during ramadhan she helps to do tarts and kuih makmur.Lina decide to stop working after Shasha came and Marylou work for my friend for 6 yrs.She went home to get married and came back to work again for my friend again.



She went home 2 yrs ago but came back to work for 3 months with ex boss to train 2 new maids and going home next month before coming back again full time.



Today she called Lina to say she is off and coming to visit datuk (my dad) and me.Lina fetched her from AMK train stn and they came as a suprise.Unfortunately I didn't cook much except for those above and she had lunch with us.

Marylou now at age 32 yrs old with Nana earlier during lunch .... she speaks fluent malay being young when she came to us and learn fast.She's a mother of 2 boys now:)

He is my helper when hari raya comes,he cleans the windows and fans besides changing the curtains for me.This year I have an extra help from Ameer Hassaan but not sure of he is going to be as punctual as Rudi....San hope you're reading this entry ...*hint..hint* .... hehehe
