ooo..akak dah cuba kofte? memang dengan oregano memang best kan? the smell is heavenly...
one question... did u let the kofte *rest* kat dalam fridge for at least half an hour first before u goreng?
the shape memang kalau goreng pakai minyak banyak memang mcm tu shape dia...u did nothing wrong... kalau nak shape mcm dalam gambar tu.. i think diaorang grill..
and the minced meat.. u should use the one with the max fat dlm meat tu... that also gives the kofte its taste... and though they may not say it dlm resepi.. i think they use sedikit baking powder dlm kofte tu utk menggembungkan dan bagi shape dia cantik...
dan bila goreng..jgn pakai mnyak banyak sangat...kalau boleh try to fry on teflon pan...
i think thatz all kot... sorry otak tak boleh jalan..penat sangat....today has been a long long day...

yes I freezed for half an hour and yg balance still in the freezer will fry them this weekend and may do more also...yes oregano smell and taste wonderful.
