ROTI JALA AND BEEF CURRY..
Yes I did the roti jala and beef curry for today's meal maybe for lunch and dinner.Ni semua gara2 kempunan tak dapat rasa masa kat wedding last sunday...hehe... actually dapat ambil dari chef but couldn't find a place to sit so gave it to my nephew and it was so yummy because people are queing for it, the chef will do it there and then so its piping hot.Adah nak tak?mai lah.....It will only be and my father today so only did one portion more than enough for the 2 of us.My 2 sisters Aini and Ram and family in KL and staying at Crown Princess so they probably will eat at Ampang Plaza or the Indian Restaurant somewhere there can't remember the name just before Hotel Nikko.My brother in Kluang just sms him if he wants to come and get it and he says he kat Kluang visiting the sis in law.My sis Lina say if driver nak drive she will come because they were here yesterday.... so looks like that lot of roti jala mine to eat all day......hahaha
OK we enjoyed the movie yesterday the songs were good and its more for the children but nevertheless the adult do enjoy it too.I did put up a trailer of it in my last entry.After complaining of having KFC for 3 straight days last week after the show I asked the girls what they want to eat?Oh boy majority KFC...........alahai.............after that we did some shopping and bought Happy Feet tees for Nana and mak oi S$16/- and also bought for her snow white tees and the big sister a pair of loafers and for myself nothinggggg.We did some groceries shopping at the supermart and bought chocolates for them.
Over the xmas period I will be in KL so if any of my blogger friend free can we meet up.I will be staying the Zon in the Park at Jalan Ampang .. its behind komtar TR formally known as SuiteStay.We have booked 2 units of 2 bedrooms apartment with breakfast for 3 days.My sis Lina and brother Fandi and family will leave earlier and will drive to Malacca first and poor me not sure yet as I will be leaving alone on saturday after work,perhaps I will use my mileage free SQ ticket and fly there.Can anyone help me whats the easier and cheaper way to get to Jln Ampang from KLIA?Please email me if you can spare free moment to meet and I'll give you my contact number.I hope I can get the ticket knowing its xmas weekend - can't take the train as Sinaran ptg leaves at 1.30pm and I have to work till 1 pm to replace my colleague who is on long vacation and FT if you reading this have a good holiday and don't forget my present.....hahaha...
Mulan after using the mileage for KL I still have balance of 33,000 miles so perhaps can go to Saigon eh? for Saigon by SQ I only need to use 20,000 so till have balance of 13,000 but can't go anywhere as minimun for asian country is 20,000 miles.
Hmmm....time to mop the house and change the bedlinen in my father's room.Ciao for now till later.

senang nak buat within half an hour if u do 1 portion enough for 8-10 ppl.Copy this recipe ok
2 cupful of flour
2 eggs
1teasp salt
evaporated milk
blend the ingredients..do not add whole tin of milk you have to check the consistency,biar pekat bolih tambah susu later.I only use half a tin and add a bit of water.
I use ordinary flat tefal frying pan,Simah you have to use slow heat so it doesn't burn easily.The first layer always not nice kena buang after that once the pan is season you be ok..u need to oil the pan for each layer and I use a brush to oil the pan .I use 2 layers of the roti to fold if u want to have more than one layer also can...cuba jgn tak cuba.

Sedapnyer...I kalau buat kat rumah maunya 1-1/2 kg tepong di tebarkan jalanya. Itu pun masih tak cukup sebab suami & anak-anak minat sungguh. Kalau kuah karinya kena masak lebih banyak, sehari suntuk makan..

Kak Elle, Ni AN baru nak turunkan komen kat sini. Selalu tu skodeng je hehe. Bukan apa, malu-malu kucing aje lah :-)
Kalau AN pergi KL and selalu jugak stay kat the Zon tu. Sekarang dah jarang dah. Kak elle boleh ambik KL Transit dari KLIA to KL Sentral (RM16 kalau tak salah) Kemudian naik LRT ke stesten Ampang park (RM2). Kalau nak cepat ambik je ERL dari KLIA (RM35) sampai KL Sentral dan kemudian naik LRT ke Ampang Park. Lepas tu kena jalan sikit lah sampai the Zon tu.
Roti Jala nampak best tu, nanti nak kena belajar buat jugaklah bila bersara nanti tu. Salam kak elle.

kalau saya pakai pancake teflon pan boleh tak? will it make my life easier than the normal tefal teflon pan?iskh mcm nak kena ambik kursus menjala roti jala ja ni..tak reti...:0)tapi saya nak cuba jugak

its like pancake only we use a special mould where about there are holes so when we drop the batter we circle round to form like a lace and later fold into 2 and into 3 to make a triangle and it goes well with curry...making your mouth water eh?

hehe....my sis dah book and pay for 3days/2 nights and it includes breakfast and xmas eve dinner.I cuma tumpang tido aje.Maybe next time ok Id.We prefer Suitestay as its within walking distance to KLCC and Ampang park etc.The children also like to stay there.You tak nak join ke..banyak dah book nak jumpa I ni.
