ACS International School.....
Introducing my new working place ..... today at lunch time the Admin Manager took me on a tour of the school.Its a nice school with full facilities of the latest ..... and the bombshell is these students all come from the kaya raya families as for 12-13 yrs old thats year 1&2 the school fees for the whole year is S$16,800.00 and for year 3 -6 its S$21,800.00 and this is before 7% GST.
We have foreign students from 19 countries and on 7th April is Int Frienship Day and we hope to have a good concert by the students.
Today is also a quiet day and I only have 6 students looking for me and 2 asking for excuse to be dismissed early with valid medical reasons.
I managed to snap some pictures during the lunch tour for your viewing ..... everything in my room are brand new except for the bed....and this is where the boys will rest in my room uner my watchful eyes.....hahaha
The girls sick bay has 3 beds and its on the other end ..... I had a year 4 students came in asking permission to rest for 15 minutes as she is feeling tired doing homework till the wee hours...after checking that her next class is 20 minutes away I gave her 15 minutes to rest and close her eyes.
I had ayam penyek for lunch bought by an acct staff from Holland V ... not bad but the cili so pedasssssssssss. In the afternoon we had chocolate cake for tea break given by one of the students parent .... a 2kg cake.

I thought normally International Schools are quite strict about privacy?

Nice school, but you wouldn't expect any less for a school for privileged kids :D

The school is at Jln Hitam Manis...kawasan expat tak jauh mmg byk tempat makanan...kalau mlm ni in thing lah.
akak... after all the hectic working life for sooo many years.... memang la rindu nak beraksi kat tempat kerja...but i think this is just perfect for u now...i mean akak pun dah umur makin meningkat... kang kerja teruk kang nanti cepat sakit la...
this new working place looks sooo comfy... but since this is a private school... it is no wonder la...hope u will enjoy ur time there.... have u adapted here or r u still adapting?
