I was
yesterday .. on sunday evening sudden attack of non stop coughing and fever .... the cough came with no warning just as I was about to retire for the day I start to cough non stop and I can't sleep having to jump up of bed as the cough comes with phlegm.When I finally managed to sleep it was at 1am and in between I was disturbed with the cough.I took my medicines whatever I have in stock and at work I cough so badly that my colleagues were shocked as I sound like a dog .... my poor chest hurt so badly that its like its going to burst.Just as well yesterday only about 5 students came to my room as the children only stay till 12.30pm after that they went to different locations visiting being Aesthetics Week ... lots of activities for them from puppet show to tees painting and salsa dance workshops.
Today I hope to attend some of the workshops and learn something that if I feel ok.
I've been drinking bottles of starfruit juice as it helps with the cough and also asam juice for the throat and alhamdulillah it helps so far.As I am typing this I am still coughing but not so tight as yesterday and looks like I have to go to work
I am one person who doesn't like to take medical leave if I can help it unless I am really sick.I took all my medications before going to sleep and managed to sleep early too with no disturbance from the cough till 5am .... cikmilah just saw yout text message and thank you.
I told her that I noticed that everytime I visited the pusara I am aways sick the next day eventhough salam and doas I did before entering the areas.
Now that I am alone bila sakit teramat sunyi sometimes I
I am not living alone 
but what to do this is life from now. 
I found the above whilst browsing in a supermarket last friday @ HV (mahal sikit_)... sya bolih buat that char gio now .... hehehe ... when I was in KL last month Sya bought the vietnamese spring roll and ofcourse not with the above but normal springroll skin - I didn't try it as when I saw too much veges inside esp greens I won't eat ( saya tak makan sayur hijau except for cabbage and beans).One of these day I will follow mulan's recipe and try free of greens just carrots.I must wait till I am cough free as the char gio need to be friedddddddddddd.
Will went camping last week and here's Will with daddy canoeing .........
Will as frog for halloween ....

Saya doakan agar akak cepat sembuh ..saya jugak batuk-batuk ni , makan ubat hilang sekejap batuk .

TQ hari ni tak leh batok sakit satu dada dan belakang kena pegang kuat leh batok.
semuga cepat sembuh.. dulu zino pun tak suka ambil MC tapi bila kerja dah teruk sangat pantang dr offer nak je.. hehe

Oh! Moga2 cepat sembuh. Memang batuk mcm tu menyakitkan. Panas kot. Kena byk minum air suam.

this morning, nampak shahmey macam kena flu.. nobody kat rumah yang kena flu now.. must be the nursery.. ramai kids kat situ including those with flu..
so, esok, kena fikir balik whether to bring him over to nursery or tinggal rumah aje..

I came from UMMI365. Nice place you have here. Sorry to hear about you being not well. Have you tried air asam jawa mixed with gula batu? It works for me, especially for the really itchy coughs.
