Iftar Bersama ......
Yes finally its a family - iftar bersama with non other my youngest sis Aini and family. I am on leave since yesterday since the school is very quiet and this is only time I can take leave anyway and once the new semester start my next leave will be at the end of the year.
I sms Aini that I am cooking nasi tomato and to come and have iftar @ Bukit Batok.
The eggs above is to show to Ummi365 thats 'Low cholestrol eggs with omega-3' and why this topic came about?Well we were Yming yesterday and I told her that I cooked taucu telur syiok when eaten with hot rice and mind you I can eat with 3 eggs!! Ummi said oh banyak cholestrol!! told her buy no cholestrol eggs .... hehehe.... well ummi there you are low cholestrol eggs.
Nasi tomato with chicken curry,bergedil,kuih cara berlauk and pengat pisang.
I've been thinking of nasi tomato since wednesday morning - it was a sudden crave ... usual eh during ramadhan food always on our mind!So finally yesterday I managed to cook it and its so yummy after eating plain rice for a period of time.I started early in the morning after coming back from the market and cleaning the chicken I began operation memasak ... the chicken was made into curry chicken and by 11am it was done.
Then the usual no ending billings to submit and since I was home managed to chat with few bloggers at same time until msgs go to different people.....hehehe
@around 1pm decide to cook the nasi tomato look as though I am having lunch rite? the answer is NO I guess I am used to cooking early so as not to rush last minute.Hmmmm...... kuih cara berlauk was also on my mind the day before but once I got home from work I was attack by malas mood and @ 2.30pm after I logoff my lappie and supposing to take 40 winks I decide to do it and there it is 50 pcs of kuih cara berlauk and I did offer to Nora but unfortunately she follows the company bus and then once she reach home she'll be busy in her own kitchen.
I also make pengat pisang ... ni terajin ... the pisang rajah I bought on monday initially nak goreng and in the end huh jadi pengat.Then when Aini came she too bought kuih muih from the bazaar near my place so you can imagine the table was full for first time.Besides that we had 3 types of drinks she also bought air cendol and kathirah and I have the balance cincau.Ahamdulillah kenyang betul semalam .... leftovers pun banyak and told the maids to pack and take them home for sahur. I guess tonite I will have the chicken curry and rice again unless I am in the mood to cook something else.Anyone to break the fast with me tonite so I have excuse to cook??? anyone?anyone?
Aini got this pair of softspot shoes for me from Perth .. thank you Aini .. I wanted to buy this brand when I was last in Perth but the price olala .... but when its on sale its affordable.Ada kaki gajah ni susah sikit nak beli kasut kat sini:)

Semalam ingat nak buat nasi tomato jugak tapi tak jadi, tengoklah hari ni jadi ke tak , nasi tomato memang sedap .
Dapat kasut raya ye , cantik, cantik .

yeah hari ni you champion...ummi lagi tido agak nya:)atau busy driving anak2 ke sekolah.
nasi tomato sekali2 mmg sedap kan rina...ni ada extra org berpuasa kat rumah berbaloi kalau masak ada yg makan.
kasut untuk kerja tak padan pakai ngan baju kurung....hehehe
kiranya kasut raya dah ready la.. hehe..
tak aci ari ni ummi lewat.. sebab masa kak elle posting ummi tengah type entry ummi. lepas tu bergegas mandi hehehe...
