Today I ter-rajin and ter-paksa cook earlier than usual as I have to go to the hospital in the afternoon to visit my bro in law and sis who has been with him since last night.She must be tired and anxious for result of the MRI too.From the pictures above you can guess what they are from top its fish roe marinated with tumeric and chilli followed by chicken curry babas and lastly black pepper beef with capsicum.I will fry some vege when I get back and the desset sweet potato and sago pudding with santan topping is now cooking so no pictures.

and I put in little containers to bring to hospital incase we don't get to iftar at home.

Kak elle...lady dah beli keledek nak buat pengat...tapi tak buat lagi...hari ni hubby balik melaka...lady tak ikut sbb sikecik tak dah bertukar jadi polka dot...hehehe....so pengat tu postphoned dulu...
Hehehe...kita semalam sama saja...lady pun masak daging masak lada hitam...yummmyyy....sedap...
Jgn lupa...update pasal your BIL...sampaikan salam buat your sis & moga dia sentiasa sabar & berdoa...
Kak...bagilah resepi daging masak lada hitam tu...nampak mengancam. Rajin betul masak macam2 lauk, kalau dekat nak aje gi mengendeng.

Terima kasih kerana sudi dtg kemari,ni baru balik dari hospital-kami semue berbuka kat sana.Terpaksa pack makanan untuk di bawak selepas sis call bagi green light untuk datang.Esok more test will be done.ML beef tu kita marinate ngan oyster dulu perap abt an hour,goreng ngan black pepper sampai empok,masukan ginger,garlic and bawang besar di hiris bulat.Last masukan capsicum dan jgn bubuh garam sbb oyster sauce dah masin...sila mencuba.

K.Elle, the last time I tried cooking black pepper beef, my children makan sampai kenyet-kenyet mata. Tau-tau ajelah my culinary skills sungguh menyedihkan..!
